Managed Service vs. Self Service

BillboardsIn offers two levels of service: Managed Service and Self Service.

Self Service: BillboardsIn provides instant access to available ad options. Easily browse and select inventory, reserve your campaign, access artwork specifications, and upload your final creative, all online via our website.

Managed Service: Managed service level offers a higher level of campaign management from start to finish. Schedule a free consultation with your account manager to discuss your campaign objective and budget, and you’ll be provided with a custom proposal tailored to fit your needs.

After completing sign up, you will receive an email and phone call from your account representative to set up a meeting to discuss your goals.

Pricing Details

Pricing on BillboardsIn is all-inclusive. Prices include all production, shipping, installation fees for each asset, for the campaign dates listed.

Discounts are offered for campaigns starting at 12-weeks.

Ask your account manager for discounts offered for your selections.

BillboardsIn is a marketplace with access to all inventory offered by every seller in every major city across the US and Canada.

Pricing and availability changes often, which is why we work on a reservation system. When placing your reservation, we do not charge your account until we have verified all of the details of your campaign.

Illumination (lighting) is not included unless specified otherwise. Illumination is often an additional cost. Please contact your account manager for a direct quote on illumination.

If pricing or availability of your reserved inventory has changed, you will not be charged the difference of the price change until we receive your approval. A member of our team will reach out to inform you and provide the most desirable alternatives.

Artwork Process & Pricing

Pricing on BillboardsIn is all inclusive. Prices include all production, shipping, and installation fees for each asset, for the campaign dates listed.

  • At reservation, BillboardsIn will need to reconfirm availability and pricing. Pricing and minimums may fluctuate.

After selecting assets, you can access downloadable templates to fit your artwork to the correct specifications for your chosen out-of-home (OOH) placements.
If you need assistance with your design, no problem! We offer artwork services.

  • Artwork Review: You send us your design and we offer feedback to increase the effectiveness or your message.

  • Custom Artwork: We handle it all; our designers will bring your vision to life, offering three custom designs for your review. This option includes unlimited revisions.

 

Artwork considered late (submitted or approved after the specified due date) will be subject to late posting.

Artwork Deadlines

For any static (print) ad, artwork is due two weeks prior to the start of your campaign.

For digital placements, artwork is due one week prior to the start of your campaign.

Please note that any artwork that may fall under “restricted” categories (political, alcohol, cannabis, etc.) will need additional lead time for market approval in order to secure your target start date.

All artwork must be submitted and approved by our design team by the specified due date.

If you are unable to submit your artwork by the due date, BillboardsIn offers expedited production for $100. This is required for any start date less than 10 business days away.

It is industry standard that ads are posted and removed during the designated start and weeks of campaigns, and may not go up on the Monday of your start week exactly.

You will be provided an installation photo once we receive it where applicable. Artwork is not considered the last posting until the second week of the campaign.

  • Some digital campaigns, such as TV or mobile ads, will provide a performance report rather than a proof of performance photo after the campaign has finished.

  • Weekly reports may be provided on request; please ask your account rep for details.

Payment Terms

BillboardsIn requires payment in full at the time of reservation. For multi-cycle campaigns, the first payment is due immediately in order to secure your campaign.

BillboardsIn accepts ACH (bank account) and credit card payments through our website. Payment by check is not accepted.

If you require an invoice, we can provide a non-payable invoice for your records post-reservation.

If you require an invoice before purchasing, invoices can be provided as a form of payment for approved accounts (pre-purchase agreement required).

Net payment terms are subject to approval; please discuss with your account manager to ensure your campaign is set up for success.

BillboardsIn can provide W-9 or wire transfer instructions for payment.

Don’t See What You’re Looking For?

Reach out to your account manager; they’re available via phone, text, email, or scheduled meeting.

They’ll ask you for campaign specifics such as budget, areas of interest, and desired timeframe.

Then they’ll confirm availability, and provide you with options or alternative formats to consider.

 


 


Industry Standards

  • Ads are posted and removed during the start and end weeks of your campaign, but not necessarily on the indicated dates. For example, your ad may not be posted on the Monday of your reservation, but will be posted sometime during that week.

  • 4-weeks is the minimum purchase requirement for any static inventory, and 1-week is the minimum for digital.

  • One cycle is four weeks or 28 days. Annual campaigns are 13 cycles.
